Exhibitions New York - the N.Y. SEE project

This exhibition is the culmination of the N.Y.SEE Project, a three-year collaboration between 31 talented professional photographers and three stock photo agencies: eStock Photo (New York, USA), Simephoto (Veneto, Italy) and 4Corners Images (London, England). The brainchild of Luz Jimenez of eStock Photo and Giovanni Simeone of Simephoto, the project set out to create the definitive stock photo collection of New York City. Collectively, their work is already much more than a fresh new take on the city that never sleeps. These images of New York City aim to get beneath the skin of the Big Apple, into the boroughs and neighbourhoods that make New York one of the most exciting cities in the world, whether it's Times Square images crackling with life, Manhattan pictures that go beyond cliché or Brooklyn photography that tells a surprising story, the N.Y.SEE Project reveals the face of 21st century New York – A city bursting with life and energy.

The exhibition will be accompanied by the new book Photographing New York. Award-winning photographers guide you to the best shots (Sime Books). It’s a visual guide, an inspiration for photographers living in or traveling to New York. From vistas of Central Park to intimate urban details in summer and winter, rain or shine, this glorious photographic exploration of the world’s greatest city is a delight for photographers and armchair travelers alike.
